This Privacy Policy explains how Perspective Properties LLC collects, uses, shares, and safeguards information when you:
- visit any page at perprops.com (the “Website”);
- submit information through a web form; or
- enroll in our SMS Messaging Program (the “Messaging Service”).

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us immediately.
3. How We Use Information
- Evaluate & purchase land – assess suitability, prepare cash offers, coordinate closing.
- Communicate – send calls or texts (incl. automated) about your property, answer questions, provide status updates.
- Improve services – analyze trends, troubleshoot, enhance site usability.
- Legal & compliance – maintain records of consent, fulfill legal obligations, enforce our Terms.
- Security & fraud prevention – detect suspicious activity, protect Users and Company assets.
No Sale of Personal Information. We do not sell or “share” (for cross-context behavioral advertising) personal information, including SMS consent data.
4. SMS Messaging Service Details
- Service Provider. We use Launch Control as a data processor to deliver the Messaging Service.
- Opt-In. You opt in by checking the consent box on our forms. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or sale.
- Frequency / Rates. 1-8 messages /mo typical; Msg & Data rates may apply.
- Opt-Out. Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message or email csmith@perprops.com. One final confirmation text will be sent.
- Help. Reply HELP or call (346) 585-7637 for support.
- Data Use. SMS logs are retained to demonstrate consent, comply with carrier audits, and resolve disputes.
- No Third-Party Marketing. Mobile numbers and SMS consent data are never shared with third-party marketers.
5. Cookies & Tracking
We use first-party cookies and Google Analytics to:
- remember form progress;
- measure page performance;
- retarget ads through Google Ads.
You can disable cookies in your browser or opt-out of Google’s remarketing by visiting adssettings.google.com.
6. Sharing of Information
We may share information only:
- Service Providers – hosting, analytics, SMS delivery (e.g., Launch Control). All are bound by confidentiality.
- Legal Obligations – to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights, or prevent fraud.
- Business Transfers – if we merge, sell, or reorganize assets, your data may transfer subject to the same protections.
- Aggregated / De-identified Data – statistics that cannot reasonably identify you.
We do not otherwise disclose, sell, or rent personal information.
7. Security
We employ encryption in transit (HTTPS), secure server environments, least-privilege access, and periodic audits. While no system is 100 % secure, we follow industry standards to protect data against loss, misuse, or unauthorized access.
8. Data Retention
We retain:
- Contact & property data – until the transaction closes or 6 years after last interaction (for record-keeping).
- SMS logs – length of the carrier audit window or 6 years, whichever is longer.
- Analytics data – up to 26 months (per Google settings).
You may request deletion (see Section 9).

We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days (or as the law requires).
10. Third-Party Links
Our Website may link to Google, Zillow, or other external sites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Review those sites’ policies before providing data.
11. Changes to This Policy
Material changes are posted here with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Website or Messaging Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
