About Christian Smith
Hi there! I’m Christian Smith, and I’ve been immersed in the world of real estate for 8 years. At 25 years old, I’ve had the opportunity to work as both an investor and an agent, gaining invaluable experience that has shaped my approach to land investing today.
My career journey began with a Process Technology degree and a role in Process Operations, where I developed a deep passion for systems and efficiency. Those skills became invaluable in real estate, where I was already engaged part-time, using structured processes to streamline investments and maximize returns. As my passion for real estate grew, I transitioned into full-time land investing, bringing that same systematic approach to helping others navigate the process with honesty, integrity, and a straightforward experience.
Outside of real estate, I love spending time with my 9-month-old son, working on 3D printing projects, and integrating the latest smart home technology into my space. I also enjoy the thrill of skydiving, bungee jumping, and anything that gets the heart racing! And when I’m looking for a different kind of challenge, you’ll find me playing Dungeons & Dragons, strategizing with friends, and diving into new adventures.
